    If you click on any of the links for "My Treats" you can then access the offer and search portion of the site enabling you to view all offers available to you, search by location and print or email vouchers. If you wish to print your vouchers you will need to ensure you have access to a printer.

  4. If the offer requires showing my printed voucher, how many times can I use my voucher?

  5. Can I exchange my vouchers for money?
    No, these vouchers do not have any cash value.

  6. Can I give my vouchers to friends and family?
    No, your voucher is valid for you only. However Yippee! Experiences are transferrable.

  7. Can I use more than one voucher at the same time?
    In general, only one voucher may be used per visit, however this is at the discretion of the individual venue, Retailer or location.

  8. Are there any date restrictions?
    Vouchers are not valid for use on certain special event days and during Christmas, New Year, Easter or Bank Holiday periods. Additional date restrictions may also apply. You need to contact the venue, Retailer or location before you go to check that your voucher is valid for your chosen date. Any additional restrictions will be printed on the voucher, please check with any venue, practitioner or outlet in advance.

  9. What if I want to use some offers while I'm travelling?
    As long as you have access to a computer you can log into you're My Time Rewards account. Offers are location specific and therefore you can take advantage of all the great savings available to you from anywhere in the UK.

  10. Can I use the vouchers in conjunction with any other promotion?
    No, these vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.

  11. Do I need to book in advance?
    For Yippee! Experiences you should book at least 4 weeks in advance, for all other offers we advise 2 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.

  12. Why isn't there a location near me?
    Whilst we try to achieve wide, national coverage we appreciate that some areas will not have any locations, in this instance please email customerservice@mytimerewards.co.uk and tell us where you are and we will do our best to sign up more outlets.

  13. Are there any special requirements for using my voucher/offer?
    Vouchers/ offers can only be used by customers who are UK, Isle of Man, Guernsey and Jersey residents (unless stated otherwise in offer restrictions). Some venues may impose age restrictions and/ or entrance restrictions at selected times, or may enforce that children be accompanied by an adult. Please check the venue listing prior to booking. Some venues may also insist on a certain level of fitness, or ask you to complete a health questionnaire prior to taking part. If you choose to use your voucher with a Nutrition or Life Coach, you must ensure that your voucher arrives with the Nutrition or Life Coach before your allocated session time. If either the coach has not received your voucher, or you do not call at the allocated session time then you will lose the offer. At some participating restaurants, salons and hotels certain days or times may be excluded, or a minimum/ maximum number of diners may apply. This is clearly specified in the restaurant listing.

  14. Will there be any extra costs to pay?
    At some participating restaurants, diners may have to order a minimum number of courses per person; this is clearly specified in the restaurant listing.

    Some participating hotels may impose additional charges if you decide to upgrade or use certain hotel and/ or leisure facilities. Any extras you use must be paid for by yourself.

    Additional standard costs will apply if there are more than two people on the booking. We advise you to check with your chosen venue. Single supplements may also apply.

    At some participating gyms, leisure or health clubs a fee may apply if you wish to use certain facilities (e.g. tennis courts or aerobic classes). Some trainers or practitioners may also charge an additional cost to travel to you or a specific location.

    Telephone sessions with a Nutrition or Life Coach will be at the voucher holders own cost, standard landline rates will apply. If using your voucher for a Reflexology session, you must pay for your first session and the second will be given free.

    For Days Out offers you may have to pay for equipment hire (such as golf clubs or clothing) when you take your experience. We recommend that you check when making a booking. Should you wish to purchase any additional experiences at a venue you will be charged the standard rate for these.

  16. What does the offer entitle me to?
    Most restaurants offer two main meals for the price of one when two adults dine together, each ordering a main course. Please be aware that some restaurants provide an alternative offer, which is clearly specified in the listing. At participating fish and chip shops, the offer is two portions of fish and chips for the price of one.

  18. What does the offer entitle me to?
    This offer entitles one person to free adult admission / child admission or one free session at a participating venue when accompanied by an adult paying the full admission price. At participating golf courses, this voucher entitles the holder to two rounds of golf for the price of one. Some venues provide an alternative offer, which is clearly specified in the listing. The offer is based on two people playing together; when one person pays for a round of golf, the second person's round is given free.

  19. Are the experiences suitable for everyone?
    Some of the Adrenalin experiences such as go-karting and paintballing can be quite physically demanding and are not suitable for those who have health problems. Certain height, weight and age restrictions apply to selected experiences. Details of these restrictions can be found on the site or by calling the venue direct.

  21. What does the offer entitle me to?
    The offer entitles you to either "free accommodation", "2 for 1 accommodation" OR an alternative offer at a participating hotel listed on this website. With the free accommodation offer, you pay for breakfast and dinner per person and get your room free for that evening. With the 2 for 1 offer you pay for one night's accommodation and get another one free. The voucher does not include any transport to or from your chosen accommodation.

    The offer entitles you to one of the offers at a participating venue listed on this website. Some venues provide an alternative offer, which is clearly specified in the listing. Where venues offer more than one treatment or offer, voucher holders can only select one treatment or offer. This can be either: The first free introductory telephone session to the 'How to Eat' course with a participating Nutrition Therapist (standard landline rates apply) OR One hour free Life Coaching telephone session with a participating Life Coach (standard landline rates apply) OR One free face to face session with a Nutrition Therapist OR One free yoga/pilates class at a participating venue OR One free Shiatsu session with a participating practitioner OR One free Tai Chi session with a participating instructor OR Two Reflexology treatments for the price of one with a participating practitioner OR One free session with a participating Personal Trainer OR One free hour consultation and 2 hours training for the price of one OR A free hour consultation and session with a registered NRPT personal trainer OR One free day at a participating gym/health club OR one free selected beauty treatment at/with a participating beauty salon/therapist OR One free 20 minute manicure or a discounted beauty treatment at/with a participating beauty salon/therapist.

  24. How do I use my voucher with a Nutrition or Life Coach?
    To book call 0845 050 2442 (5p per min from a BT landline, other networks may vary), you will then be contacted within 48 hours to arrange a time for your session, you will be given the phone number of your allocated coach and the address to send your voucher to. You must then post your voucher to arrive before your allocated session time. Then simply call your coach at the agreed appointment time for your session (standard landline rates apply).

  26. What does the offer entitle me to?
    The offer entitles you to one free studio session and an 8" x 6" colour family portrait in a simple presentation folder. You can use your voucher at a participating studio or with a participating photographer; choose from the list on this website. Vouchers can only be used once and must be handed in during your photographic session. Vouchers are not valid for use on certain special event days and during Christmas, New Year, Easter or Bank Holiday periods. You need to contact the studio or photographer before you go to check that your voucher is valid for your chosen date. You must book your session at least 14 days in advance. Any additional restrictions are clearly specified in the listing.

    You may be asked to pay a small deposit to secure your booking which will be fully reimbursed when you arrive for your session. You will not be entitled to a refund should you fail to attend. You can choose to purchase extra prints, a larger portrait or a frame. However, any extras will be at the normal cost and must be paid for during your session.

  28. What does the offer entitle me to?
    The offer entitles you to a discount off Yippee Experiences as featured on this site. Experiences include Driving Days, Nights Out, Theatre Breaks European Football weekends and many more. Discounts offers vary across the site.

  29. How do I buy a Yippee Voucher?
    You need to call the Yippee! Booking line on 08719 833 338 (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm) and state that you are a My Time Rewards member. You'll also need to quote your member number. You can then order your experience over the phone with your special discount. Yippee transactions will appear as 'MKM Concepts', for payments made by card, on your account statement.

  30. How long are Yippee! experience vouchers valid?
    Yippee! experience vouchers are valid for 10 months from the date of issue. So you will have 10 months in which to book a date for your experience. You can extend the validity of a voucher if you wish but this will cost an additional £15 to reflect our administration costs.

  31. Do I have to book my experience in advance?
    You must book your Yippee! experience at least 4 weeks in advance with the provider.

    If you lose your voucher we will not be able to refund or a replace it.

    You can give your Yippee! Experience voucher to another person so that person may participate in an Experience.

  35. Can I cancel a booking?
    You can cancel a booking up to 21 days before the date of the booked Experience. If you cancel a booking in this way, you will be charged a 10% fee (min of £15 and a max of £50) to reflect administrative costs in dealing with your cancelled booking and you will be able to make another booking with your Voucher. If you cancel a booking less than 21 days before the date of the booked Experience you shall be charged a 10% fee (min £15 and a max of £50) to reflect our administration costs. You may also have your Voucher cancelled, in which case you will no longer be able to use the Voucher and there will be no obligation to provide any refund for that Voucher.
