1. Tell me more about My Time Rewards?

My Time Rewards is a leisure savings programme that helps you do more of what you love and save money! Members enjoy a wealth of discounts, exclusive offers and cashback savings on leisure activities, entertainment and travel.

2. Who can use My Time Rewards?

To become a member of My Time Rewards, you must sign up online and agree to the Terms of Service. You also must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United Kingdom.

3. How can I join My Time Rewards?

You may be offered the opportunity to sign up to My Time Rewards after completing a purchase or reservation on the website of one of our marketing partners.

4. How much does membership cost?

After the first 30 days of your My Time Rewards membership, a monthly fee is charged to access discounts, exclusive offers and cashback savings on leisure activities, entertainment and travel.

If at any time you're not completely satisfied with your membership, simply email us at customerservice@mytimerewards.co.uk or call our Customer Service team on 0800 731 9936 (Monday to Friday 8:00am - 8:00pm and Saturday 9:00am - 4:00pm).

7. What benefits can I access by being a member of My Time Rewards?

As a member of My Time Rewards, you can earn a minimum of 10% cashback on leisure activities, entertainment and travel. You can also claim a Welcome Reward and a £10 Monthly Member Reward when you shop online. Plus there are many other benefits, including special offers, 2 for 1 deals for spas and museums and 25% cashback when you visit other attractions and activities nationwide. Benefits vary per member and are subject to change.

8. How do I claim my Welcome Reward?

You have three months from the date you joined My Time Rewards to claim your Welcome Reward. Simply make an online purchase at the retailer you joined through, or as otherwise outlined, and send us the purchase or booking confirmation receipt. This offer varies by member so log in for full details of how to claim your Welcome Reward.

You can claim a Monthly Member Reward every calendar month. Just make an online purchase at the retailer you joined through, or as otherwise outlined, and send us the purchase or booking confirmation receipt. 10. How do I earn cashback?

Earning cashback is easy with My Time Rewards. All you need to do is log in to the My Time Rewards website and click through to any of the retailers offering cashback, and shop as you usually would. The cashback will be tracked automatically and paid into your bank account. Once you've earned £5 cashback or more, we'll transfer the cashback to your bank account. If you've earned less than this, we'll roll the cashback over to the next month.

You can earn a maximum of £250 cashback each month. Cashback is paid on the net value of purchases, excluding VAT, all other taxes, surcharges and any additional costs such as delivery.

11. How are cashback and rewards paid to me?

We pay cashback and rewards directly into your designated bank account. You need to add your UK bank account number and sort code to the My Profile section of the website so that we can pay you your cashback.

12. Will I earn cashback on all purchases through My Time Rewards?
The following do not earn you cashback:
  • Deals found in the Special Offers category, unless stated it is a cashback offer.
  • Any purchases that do not adhere to our Terms of Service.

13. How do I log in to the My Time Rewards website?

Simply log in from the homepage of the My Time Rewards website (mytimerewards.co.uk) using the email address and password you selected when you signed up. We send every member a welcome pack email on day they join, and you can find these details in this email.

If you've lost or forgotten your password, click Forgot Password.

15. How can I check and update my membership details?

You can view and update your membership details in My Profile. If your email or postal address changes, or if your credit or debit card for billing expires, please update your member profile on this page. You can also change your password and add your bank account number for us to pay you cashback and rewards.

16. How can I access my shopping history?

In My Cashback you'll find details of recent websites you've visited, your purchase history and the cashback you've earned to date.

17. How soon are cashback and rewards credited to my account?

When you send in a claim for a reward, our team need to process it and arrange payment. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for us to transfer the Welcome Reward and £10 Monthly Member Reward to your bank account. Cashback payments can take up to 90 days from the purchase date, depending on retailer terms. You can track your cashback in My Cashback.

18. A transaction is missing from my shopping report, what can I do?

If a transaction hasn't appeared in your shopping report and 30 days or more has passed since you made the purchase, you can report the missing transaction. You'll need to complete the online Missing Transactions form on the My Cashback page.

19. What happens if I return or cancel an order?

Returns are subject to the return policy of the retailer you purchased from. If you return or cancel an item or booking, any cashback granted in respect of that purchase will be reversed.

Exchanges also result in cashback being reversed. When an exchange occurs, the retailer cancels the old order and replaces it with a new one. When doing this, the cashback commission we received from the retailer is reversed and a new commission is not established because the new order was not made through the My Time Rewards website. To avoid missing out on cashback, make sure all returns are final. If you need an exchange, have the retailer refund you, then make another order through the My Time Rewards website.

20. Are my transactions secure when I purchase through My Time Rewards?

Yes. When you click through to a retailer from My Time Rewards and make a purchase, you are on a secure connection called Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

22. What payment or billing reference will I see on my bank statement?

When My Time Rewards credits you for cashback or rewards, or bills you for your monthly membership fee, you'll see the reference WLY*MYTIMEREWARDSWL.UK on your bank statement, along with 0800 731 9936 which is our customer service phone number.

23. How does My Time Rewards keep in touch with members?

We email every new member a welcome pack email the day they sign up. It contains details about how to make the most of their membership. In the first 30 days of your membership, we'll be in touch by email a number of times to remind you about your membership benefits, and about your upcoming billing date. Then we continue to send regular emails about offers available to you. If we're unable to deliver emails to the address we have on record, after several failed attempts we'll contact you by post.
